Healthy Workplace Environment (HWE) is an initiative that UWMC is taking to promote healthy unit cultures throughout the hospital. Volunteers for the program get to work on projects that aim to improve  in areas that staff feel are lacking, such as meaningful recognition, team communication and bonding. Your 6NE Champions are Annelise, Beth, and Jamie.

Our goal as your champions is to provide you with opportunities to hang out together outside of work, share a laugh over our “Scrub Hub” puzzles, and come together to support and recognize each other. We also have put together a survey to gather more information, so please take our survey and let us know what YOU feel like could help 6NE thrive.
